After some research, I discovered that the reference photos the client supplied were of a Jack Crevalle, and not an amberjack. I renamed the original amberjack I did and left it up (yea! bonus fish!) and here's a more accurate Amberjack. Not really so dark at the top, but the boats all white. I felt it was okay as an artistic decision to help it stand out off the boat.
